Summary

Join Jamf as a Senior Sales Engineer and partner with the Sales Department to achieve sales and billings goals. Evaluate technical requirements of new sales opportunities and present technical solutions to prospective and existing customers. Work remotely and on-site, collaborating with the sales team, customers, and partners to showcase the value of Jamf's products. Cultivate long-term customer relationships and contribute to special projects within the Sales Engineering organization. Maintain knowledge of Identity Automation and Jamf products, and communicate professionally. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of technical sales experience and technical knowledge of security architecture, application security, and identity management. Preferred qualifications include experience with Jamf Identity Automation products and selling to complex organizations, along with advanced Apple technology proficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of technical sales, support, or services experience
  • Technical knowledge of typical security architecture, application security, and identity management
  • HS Diploma / GED Degree
  • Advanced proficiency with Apple technology (MacOS and iOS) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) within a medium to large scale Apple environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in a commercial, government, or education environment
  • Gain expertise in Jamf products within the next 6-12 months

Responsibilities

  • Work jointly with the Jamf Sales team, prospective and existing customers, and partners to convey the business value of Jamf
  • Gain clear understanding of prospect/customer requirements and clearly outline how to address those requirements via the Identity Automation Portfolio
  • Own all presales technical activities by providing presentation, demonstration, and evaluation experiences to prospective and existing customers
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to progress Jamf portfolio awareness and investment
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned by SE Management to support initiatives that progress the Sales Engineering org, and Jamf as a whole

  • Amass, and maintain knowledge of value and technical capabilities of all products in the Identity Automation and Jamf portfolio

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years exposure to Jamf Identity Automation products, related architecture tools and relevant competing solutions
  • Minimum of 2 years experience selling to multiple levels within a complex organization
  • 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree
  • A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
