Sales Support Engineer

Summary

The Sales Support Engineer will work with Solution Engineers to build demonstrations centered around Zilliant's industry-leading products. They will collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to craft compelling storylines and define Zilliant’s value proposition. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related STEM-field or relevant professional experience, 0-4 years of professional experience in software applications, development, data analytics, and skills in scripting language (Groovy, Python, JavaScript, etc) are a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related STEM-field or relevant professional experience
• 0-4 years of professional experience in software applications, development, data analytics

Responsibilities

• Support Sales efforts through demo configuration
• Collaborate with customers and the pre-sales team to understand data and business use cases
• Configure and customize Zilliant’s Software for pre-sales efforts
• Create and deliver visual analytics to support the customer’s requirements
• Effectively balance schedule, effort, and scope
• Work with Product Management to understand and utilize latest platform capabilities
• Participate in transfer of information meetings between pre-sales and services
• Work with multi-national teams; North America, EMEA, and South America

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a B2B SaaS organization (Preferred)
• Skills in scripting language (Groovy, Python, JavaScript, etc) a plus
