Requirements

  • Location — Based in Chile or Mexico, with reliable high-speed internet for remote work
  • Language Skills — Native-level English, both written and spoken, to confidently engage with our clients
  • Experience — Prior customer care or call center experience, with a solid understanding of service excellence
  • Availability — Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, supporting guests when they need you most
  • Travel Knowledge — Familiarity with European geography and travel routes
  • Core Skills — Strong organizational habits, excellent problem-solving, and a proactive, collaborative attitude
  • Personal Traits — Detail-oriented, adaptable, team player, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping others
  • Travel Experience — You've explored Europe and can relate to the journey our guests are about to take

Responsibilities

  • Make daily follow-up calls and send emails to clients, ensuring their needs are met and questions answered
  • Assist the sales team by handling routine tasks and providing support during staff days off
  • Respond to inbound phone calls, manage new leads, and ensure timely communication
  • Follow established sales workflows and maintain detailed, organized records
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other team members to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Previous sales experience
  • Extensive personal travel within Europe
  • Background in the hospitality industry
  • Experience working remotely
  • Prior work in the travel industry or tourism sector
