Requirements

  • C2 level fluency in English, as daily communication with native speakers is a core component of this role
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a sales position
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Availability to adhere to the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York Time)
  • Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads
  • Proactively furnish detailed information regarding our electric bikes, and facilitate appointment and delivery arrangements
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to convert prospective customers into clients
  • Diligently address and resolve concerns and objections from existing customers, thereby ensuring their satisfaction
