Summary

This role focuses on the order-to-invoice process, ensuring operational excellence. You will collaborate with various teams, including leadership, sales, partners, and vendors. Responsibilities include managing orders, implementing process improvements, verifying customer information, coordinating with other departments, and generating reports. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and organizational skills, along with experience in customer or sales support.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of customer or sales support experience
  • Minimum two (2) years - experience working with sales channels
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and abilities
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Proficient in researching, writing, editing, and proofreading

Responsibilities

  • Document and understand the order management processes for various customer enrollments and prepay purchases
  • Process new orders for enrollments or events
  • Identify and implement process enhancements and automation to improve efficiency
  • Verify customer information and maintain an audit trail of the order management process to ensure data integrity
  • Coordinate with Sales and other departments to resolve order processing and ensuring compliance with contractual terms
  • Perform month-end reporting, analyze sales data, and provide necessary documentation for audits
  • Complete other projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with major ERP systems (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
