Join Tide's Onboarding Team as a Sales Onboarding Team Lead and lead a high-performing team to convert French-speaking SME leads into active members. Initially, you will be hands-on, making calls, working towards revenue targets, and shaping the team's call structure. You will set and manage KPIs, recruit and build the team, coach team members, and drive innovation and improvement. You will also own team operations, handle challenges, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, KYC, marketing, and compliance teams. Requirements

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and are excited by the challenge of wearing multiple hats in a dynamic, evolving business
  • You have excellent written and spoken French at a C1/C2 level, enabling you to connect effectively with French-speaking SME customers
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or front-line service, with a strong track record of converting leads into customers and providing outstanding service
  • You have previous experience leading a team, confidently managing multiple KPIs and coaching others to success
  • You’re a proactive self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-moving company where priorities shift and processes are being built from the ground up
  • You are organised, pragmatic, and solutions-focused, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and remove blockers to keep things moving
  • You’re data-driven and process-oriented—able to spot trends, design scalable processes, and identify opportunities to optimise workflows and improve performance
  • You’re an effective communicator, able to clearly articulate goals and updates across teams and with members, creating a smooth and engaging onboarding experience
  • You demonstrate the ability to lead change and deliver measurable business outcomes, driving both customer satisfaction and commercial results
  • You have strong time-management and prioritisation skills, consistently meeting deadlines while balancing multiple competing demands

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front – In the initial phase, you’ll be hands-on: making calls, working towards revenue targets, and shaping the team’s call structure and performance expectations
  • Drive team performance – You’ll set and manage ambitious KPIs aligned with company OKRs, ensuring your team is target-driven and focused on closing sales
  • Own team growth – You’ll be fully responsible for recruiting and building the Onboarding Team, from hiring to onboarding and beyond
  • Coach for quality – Once the team is established, you’ll review calls and coach team members, ensuring every interaction meets the highest standard and delivers excellent service to potential members and internal/external partners
  • Drive innovation and improvement – With an entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset, you’ll continually test, learn, and iterate to enhance team performance, processes, and member outcomes
  • Own team operations – You’ll establish processes, build dashboards, and organise team operations to monitor performance and improve efficiency
  • Handle challenges decisively – You’ll be ready to quickly resolve crises, keep the team focused and engaged, and pivot when business needs shift
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to remove roadblocks and improve onboarding workflows
  • Product – Partner with the product team to share member insights, identify opportunities, and track improvements to the onboarding journey
  • KYC – Work closely with the KYC team to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience, addressing and owning any necessary process changes
  • Marketing – Take the lead on the GTM approach for new product launches, ensuring sales efforts align with marketing campaigns. You’ll optimize conversion from all lead channels and share feedback to help shape marketing strategies
  • Compliance – Collaborate with compliance to ensure all team activities are fully compliant, while maintaining a high-quality, member-centric experience
