Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or a similar sales leadership role
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of your product area by monitoring team performance, implementing sales strategies, and leveraging insights from data analysis
• Develop your team of sales agents and strive for them to meet and exceed their personal and team targets by providing regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring
• Work with different stakeholders in the business to identify opportunities to improve operations, product, and performance of the team and business area
• Ensure that the Member Success (Sales) team adheres to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements in line with the Financial Conduct Authority (UK) rules and regulations
• Work with the Member Success Quality Assurance team to conduct quality checks on Member Success (Sales) calls to maintain high standards of service and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus in the UK and European market
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred (this is a plus, not a requirement)
