Join our growing team as a Sales Transformation Coordinator and play a key role in driving sales performance. You will coordinate and execute enablement initiatives, manage enablement tools, and lead the logistics of our Selling Skills Program. Ensure the sales organization is equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, content, and tools. Responsibilities include leading the Selling Skills Program, managing sales enablement tools, supporting content and communication, measuring performance, and supporting events. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a related field, strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering others. Preferred qualifications include experience facilitating sales training, knowledge of adult learning principles, and experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and influencing without authority
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end coordination and execution of the companyβs Selling Skills Program
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop, schedule, and facilitate training sessions
- Track participation, engagement, and results to continuously improve program effectiveness
- Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for sales enablement platforms (e.g., CMS, LMS, sales content management tools, call recording platforms)
- Ensure sales teams have easy access to up-to-date resources and tools that support their workflows
- Lead instructional trainings on the tools
- Assist in the development and distribution of enablement materials
- Coordinate with team members to maintain a centralized library of enablement content to ensure consistency and version control
- Communicate program updates, new resources, and best practices across the sales organization
- Support the creation of dashboards and reports to share key insights with leadership
- Support the planning of the yearly SKO event
- Assist with organization of the event, including registration, flow and program agenda
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience facilitating or coordinating sales training programs
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles or instructional design
- Previous experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment
