Summary
Join Level Access as a Salesforce Administrator and contribute to building and supporting the systems driving commercial operations. You will play a vital role in enhancing the Salesforce platform, capturing requirements, crafting scalable solutions, and contributing to the systems roadmap. This remote position based in Mexico requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its integration with other applications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with change management, stakeholder communication, and project management. Experience with Service Cloud and migrations is desirable. Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code
- Collecting and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong functional understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
- A dedication to continuous learning and willingness to evolve with the Salesforce platform while learning new systems
- Significant experience with connected applications and managed packages ranging from e-signature to ERP and sales enablement
- Problem solver with a systems approach
- Understanding of agile project management framework
- Comfort building and maintaining in a low-code environment
Responsibilities
- Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, custom object customization, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and dashboards and reports
- Build and maintain integrated applications including HubSpot, Outreach, Clari, Netsuite, Celigo, Chorus, ZoomInfo, Gainsight and others
- Design and implement complex automation solutions using flow and APEX if required
- Serve as an L3 support agent when tickets are escalated
- Work with IT to ensure permissions and user management maps for SSO
- Provide system-related input to enablement for internal users on Salesforce features and functionality to ensure effective adoption and utilization
- Perform such other tasks and duties as may be required or assigned from time to time in the Companyβs discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant certifications
- CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer (I/II), User Experience Designer, Business Analyst, and in Architect track certifications
