Requirements

  • Valid Salesforce Certifications in the following: Administrator, Business Analyst
  • 2+ years of Administrator experience on Salesforce & Force platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment
  • Designing scalable, best practice solutions
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Translating requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience in change management and governance
  • Training end users and key stakeholders
  • Proven ability in producing technical documentation
  • Available and responsive to questions
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
  • Experience working with Agile teams and use of tools such as Jira, monday.com, etc

Responsibilities

  • User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules etc
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Sandbox environment management
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on user experience
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  • Collaborate on R365’s Salesforce platform roadmap by working with the Salesforce team and stakeholders to define priorities
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve R365’s Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • User support tickets through Salesforce Cases and Slack/Jira
  • Monitor and improve user adoption
  • New user and ongoing user training
  • Technical documentation
  • Working with integrated applications including Intacct, Clari, Salesloft, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Spiff, Marketo, Bizible, Gainsight, Pendo, Freshdesk etc
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment
  • Experience working with Apex Code and custom Apex Classes
  • Experience with managed packages and AppExchange
  • Experience with CPQ
  • Pacific Time Zone working hours
