Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools like Flows, validation rules and formulas
- Knowledge of Salesforce security settings and user management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements
- Perform regular system maintenance, including user management, data integrity, and security settings
- Implement and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and flows
- Develop and maintain basic reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and resolve issues as they arise
- Assist in designing and testing custom Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior team members
- Support Salesforce integrations with other systems and third-party applications using available tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements that improve user experience and business processes
- Assist in Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely updates and quality delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and help prioritize work
- Provide user training and support to enhance system utilization and effectiveness
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and customizations
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, suggesting platform improvements when relevant
