Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B environment
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and automation tools. Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet business requirements
  • Ensure data integrity through regular data audits, duplication, and data cleansing
  • Develop and maintain workflows, process builders, and other automation tools to streamline business processes
  • Create and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices
  • Manage integrations with other systems and third-party applications
  • Maintain security settings and conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with company policies
