Summary

Join Goodway Group, a remote-first media and marketing services firm, as a Business Operations System Administrator. You will own and evolve our Salesforce CRM and business intelligence capabilities, enabling scalable growth by integrating systems, optimizing tools, and providing key insights to leadership. Manage and administer Goodway Groupโ€™s business systems, primarily Salesforce; assess, advise, and re-configure systems to maximize value; lead business system integration; optimize and automate CRM processes; and empower users through training and support. Build, manage, and support business intelligence KPI updates, creating timely reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions. Ensure Salesforce processes function smoothly, collaborate with cross-functional teams on process and tool solutions, and manage technical project planning. Optimize CRM and apps, develop custom automations, and lead process reviews. Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM inquiries, manage data integrity, perform system updates, and stay current with system updates. Work with leadership to create and manage business intelligence KPIs and develop data-based decision-making reports.

Requirements

  • You hold the Advanced Administrator Salesforce credentials along with extensive experience working in the Sales Cloud
  • You are proficient in Salesforce custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and data architecture
  • You have a growth mindset and love problem solving and critical thinking
  • You have strong project management abilities and are comfortable working on multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • You have a strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and how those processes are managed in technical environments
  • You have developed analytical skills that allow you to identify trends and interpret complex systems and data
  • You are a collaborator who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams and balancing stakeholder system requirements
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively communicate technical information to audiences of all backgrounds
  • Youโ€™re highly adaptable and organized, with strong time management, troubleshooting, and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and technically administer Goodway Groupโ€™s business systems (with a primary focus on Salesforce)
  • Assess, advise, prioritize, and re-configure business systems to drive best practices that maximize the value of the tech stack to best support current and future-state org needs
  • Lead business system integration across the org-wide tech stack
  • Optimize and automate CRM and related process flows and tools
  • Enable and empower users to get the most out of the tools through training, documentation, and support
  • Build, manage, and support the process and cadence of Business Intelligence KPI updates for the organization
  • Compile and deliver timely, relevant business intelligence reporting and dashboards that help leadership identify trends, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions
  • Optimize and automate BI processes
  • Ensure Salesforce processes function smoothly within the platform and across integrated systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, develop, and implement creative process and tool solutions between and among existing systems
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive implementation and adoption of organizational business systems to maximize the value of the tech stack (CRM, ERP, Media Management Platform)
  • Manage technical project planning and external consulting relationship(s) in partnership with operational leadership to support prioritized initiatives
  • Optimize CRM and apps for current and future-state org requirements
  • Develop and implement custom scripts, workflows, and other automations to increase process efficiency, improve system functionality, and meet business needs
  • Lead process reviews and integration of AI and future automation technology
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored solutions within sales and client systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM inquiries and issues
  • Manage data within CRM and conduct regular audits to ensure system data integrity and compliance
  • Perform system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of CRM
  • Stay current with system updates, releases and new features and identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities
  • Manage user access and roles in partnership with IT and Information Security and Compliance teams
  • Maintain process and system documentation
  • Assist with SOC2 supporting documentation for annual audit compliance
  • Work with leadership team and cross-functionally to create and manage our Business Intelligence KPIs and corresponding review process
  • Develop reporting and analytics designed to drive data-based decision making and innovative solutions
  • Optimize and automate BI processes to ensure actionable and meaningful data is being surfaced to the right leaders at the right time
