This role requires 5+ years of Salesforce experience, strong Tableau/Salesforce CRM Analytics experience, Salesforce certification, and extensive experience with Salesforce configuration and security controls. Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Salesforce configuration, development and administration
- Strong experience working in Tableau and/or Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Salesforce certification
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, Flow and security controls
- Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs
- Experience in documenting business processes for future state improved processes and system designs
- Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills
- Desire to succeed in a data-driven, fast changing, and entrepreneurial environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and define solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Participating in technical design sessions; create technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives and goals
- Responsible for matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of Salesforce, including, but not limited to, managed and unmanaged packages, complex data model, integration, role hierarchy, sharing and security model
- Prepare reports using various visualization and data modeling methods
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder and flows
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices and adherence to Salesforce design and development standards
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, and propose enhancements or improvements to existing solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute data migration and system integration strategies
- Troubleshoot end user issues & act as an escalation point for other team members
- Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization
