Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major or specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or related work experience
  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with Salesforce Administrator Certification & Advanced Admin Certification (ADM-201 or equivalent)
  • 4-6 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and commissions software is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, workflows, process builder, and data management
  • Experience with Jira or similar sprint management software
  • Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools and integration capabilities
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Experience building flows, formula fields, and rollup fields
  • Experience working within Sprint cadences

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, customize, and optimize Salesforce to support our sales, marketing, and customer service processes, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and automations via workflows, process builders, and flows
  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, and permission sets, ensuring appropriate levels of access and security
  • Documentation and optimization of Salesforce processes
  • Resolve internal support tickets including troubleshooting issues
  • Provide user training via documentation and live training sessions
  • Act as a key stakeholder in operational and cross-functional projects
  • Work with GTM partners to provide expertise in the building and growth of our critical business processes
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to management and users
  • Drive data hygiene and integrity through routine data cleansing activities and implementing validation rules
