Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally in Service and Sales Cloud environments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities
- Proficiency in writing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and user stories
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce project delivery
- Solid Salesforce administration skills: system configuration, automation, and optimization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with business stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements
- Flexibility to collaborate within the EMEA time zone, while supporting a US-based client
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide input during the hypercare phase
- Translate business needs into functional Salesforce features and ensure system optimization
- Ensure on-time delivery of deliverables in Agile project environments
- Drive improvements in Service Cloud processes and configurations
