Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
- Hands on experience with Salesforce.com
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements from stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Work with senior analysts to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Assist in basic configuration tasks within Salesforce, including setting up user profiles, roles, page layouts, and permissions
- Help configure reports and dashboards to meet the analytical needs of end-users
- Test system configurations and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless functionality
- Create and maintain documentation for business requirements, processes, and configurations
- Assist in developing user guides and training materials to facilitate adoption and efficient use of Salesforce features
- Provide end-user support by answering questions and resolving common issues
- Support data integrity by assisting in data imports, deduplication, and regular data maintenance
- Help maintain data quality and ensure compliance with company data standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that Salesforce enhancements align with business goals
- Communicate with stakeholders about project status, timelines, and deliverables
- Assist senior analysts in providing regular updates to management and stakeholders
- Stay updated on Salesforce features (CPQ, Sales Cloud) and enhancements through training, certifications, and hands-on experience
- Actively seek to enhance knowledge of Salesforce.com, CPQ, and business analysis best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 6 months
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data management
- Experience or coursework in business analysis methodologies, project management, or CRM systems
