Summary
Join NeuraFlash as a Salesforce Consultant specializing in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). You will play a key role in implementing complex solutions, aligning sales strategies, operations, and technology to enhance business efficiency and accuracy. This position involves close collaboration with stakeholders, gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce solutions, and supporting implementation efforts. The role demands expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, ICM solutions, and strong communication skills. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain solution documentation. This is a remote-friendly position with opportunities for travel and a flexible work environment.
Requirements
- Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce or ICM solutions (e.g., Spiff, Xactly, Varicent, CaptivateIQ, etc.)
- Understanding of compensation structures, incentive plans, and sales performance management processes
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a consulting or business analyst role
- Proven knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Understanding of Salesforce Data Structure
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Basic understanding of APIs
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients/internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Configure Salesforce solutions (Spiff, Sales Cloud, etc.) that meet client needs
- Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specs
- Support implementation efforts through configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
- Troubleshoot issues and manage enhancements or change requests
- Collaborate with architects and other project team members to deliver seamless solutions
- Maintain documentation for solutions and user training materials
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce platform updates and features
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of data transformation and/ or ETL tools
- Experience in financial and commission reporting
- Understanding of compliance considerations (e.g., ASC 606, SOX) related to variable compensation
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)
