Salesforce Developer Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex (Classes and Triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Implement and manage Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud functionalities to optimize sales and marketing processes
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, configurations, and user guides
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce developments, best practices, and industry trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud
• Strong knowledge of C#/.Net and Azure
