Requirements

  • Proficient in developing custom features and widgets using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Workflow Rules
  • Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and third-party applications
  • Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader and third-party ETL tools
  • Ability to work under the guidance of SaaS platform architects to develop custom solutions
  • Understanding of SaaS architecture and best practices
  • Proficient in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
  • Experience in managing Salesforce security settings, including profiles, roles, and permission sets
  • Knowledge of UX principles to design user-friendly and intuitive Salesforce interfaces
  • Ability to create responsive designs that work across different devices and screen sizes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including cross-functional teams
  • Experience in agile methodologies and working in an iterative development process
