As a key member of our team, you'll work with clients, design marketing automation systems, and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends.

Requirements

• Must have Skills : Marketing Cloud, HTML5, Email Template Design, Sales cloud, JavaScript
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in computer science or management
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and related products
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to handle client interactions at the senior level to lead project discussions
• Ability to guide client in building an effective marketing feature roadmap and support its implementation
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Consulting/Professional Services
• Worked in Onshore- Offshore model
• Understand key CRM business architecture
• At least 3-4 projects end to end implementation experience with force.com, preferably in a consulting environment
• Proficiency in other marketing tools like Eloqua, Marketo
• Experience in Pardot, Social studio, Force.com and Radian 6
• Excellent in HTML Email and Landing Page designing
• Understanding of Salesforce programming (Apex and Visual force)
• Experience in AMP Script for Advance Personalization
• Experience in lightning development, able to build components and Apps
• Good knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization
• Understand of Best Practices and SFDC Coding Standards

Responsibilities

• Work with the solution architect to translate business requirements/user stories into a practical, scalable solution that leverages the functionality and best practices of the chosen marketing automation system
• Facilitate client meetings to share marketing automation framework, best practices, and case studies
• Work with clients to shape marketing automation system design and strategy
• Ensure clear and effective communication during the project
• Work effectively as an individual and with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Performs marketing automation system administration, configuration, data migration, and integration duties as directed
