Salesforce Project Manager

Summary

The job description is for a remote Salesforce Project Manager position in the Philippines, working within US Pacific business hours. The role involves leading the Salesforce development team, managing client queries, overseeing projects, and working as a business analyst. A degree in BS Information Technology from an accredited university and 5 years or more of Salesforce experience are required.

Requirements

• Have 5 years or greater of Salesforce experience
• Have Team Leadership / Management / Project Management experience
• Have a degree in BS Information Technology from an accredited university
• Have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the organization
• Be able to work independently, and pro-actively, in a fully remote capacity
• Have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
• Be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer
• Be located in the Philippines
• Be willing to work within US Pacific business hours (8:00am-5:00pm PDT corresponds to 11pm-8am PH, if DST)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your Salesforce development team
• Be the primary point of contact for the client, managing their queries, gathering requirements, and translating their business needs into actionable tasks for your team
• Oversee multiple feature requests and projects
• Work closely with various departments, acting as a business analyst to gather and define requirements
• Manage the project backlog and sprints
• Occasionally dive into hands-on Salesforce work
• Create and update project documentation, prepare reports for client stakeholders, and keep the Engagement Manager informed of any critical updates throughout the day
• Conduct the daily team stand-up and regular 1:1s with team members
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes, enhance team efficiency, and improve the overall client experience and value

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Scrum Alliance Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
