Summary
Join Insightec as an Implementation Project Manager and ensure the timely and efficient installation of INSIGHTEC equipment and services to customers. You will manage multiple projects, oversee resource allocation, and maintain project schedules using Salesforce and Monday.com. Responsibilities include customer site inspections, coordination with third parties, process documentation, and proactive communication with stakeholders. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, PMP certification, and 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience in a hospital setting and familiarity with MRI technology are essential. The position involves up to 60% travel within the Americas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or combination of equivalent education and 3-5 years experience
- PMP Certification
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, handling complex / multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in a hospital setting, dealing with facilities, supply chain, clinicians, contractors, and logistical teams within a diverse customer organization
- Familiarity with MRI technology and construction
- High customer awareness with focus on proactive communication and updates
- Pro-active and customer-focused approach to problem-solving with excellent communication skills
- The ability to influence and hold others accountable without authority
- Independent and able to handle multiple projects in parallel
- Willing to travel up to 60% of the time
Responsibilities
- Act as the single Project Manager for the Americas and assume the core responsibilities for a large backlog of these projects
- Keep project statuses and schedules current in Salesforce and Monday.com
- Customer site inspection and initial design. Site survey planning and scheduling
- Owning site readiness scheduling (to extent we can influence this) and green light readiness to install
- Delivery and installation coordination with customer and 3rd parties
- Process documentation and continuous improvement for meeting company implementation goals in the Americas
- Ownership of pre-delivery and pre-install communications
- Supporting commercial team as necessary in site survey/planning scheduling and resourcing
- Collaborating with CAM / launch manager and customer success manager for the necessary handoffs to go live to ensure smooth customer experience
- Accurate forecasting of revenue and projects within a quarter/year and distribution of trackers and dashboards with timely updates on project statuses
- Host and/or attend internal and external project and construction calls
- Document and provide detailed notes for internal and external teams following project calls
- Owner of project plans, timelines and schedules
- Work with your team to share scope associated with timely onsite visits and surveys in support of our commercial team
- Field and answer questions from construction, OEM and customer teams so they can plan and build their centers to meet our installation requirements
- Support CAD drawing room layouts and providing best options for future site planning
- Manage, evolve, and disseminate documentation, slides and client facing collateral
- Build relationships and detail project scope with appropriate OEM, customer and construction stakeholders
- Proactive communication of installation schedule, status, escalation, and turnover to key internal stakeholders
- Formalize the pre-installation announcements and post installation complete documentation with our external clients
- Request, obtain and manage timely quotes and POs for services needed and own these relationships
- Meet or exceed the annual targets for installations completed within that calendar year
- Provide feedback to key internal stakeholders about opportunities to improve
- Communicate and coordinate with all affected functions in the company to ensure awareness of all customer requirements and obligations for assigned customer programs
- Maintain accurate and appropriate data in the appropriate data systems for project and customer management
- Exhibits leadership practices consistent with company values and traits
- Additional tasks and objectives may be added, based on the company’s plans
