Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Direct and manage end-to-end project development, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
  • Data-Driven Management: Utilize analytics to guide decision-making, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals. Implement a results-based approach to monitor and optimize project performance
  • Expert Communication and Documentation: Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation for effective knowledge transfer and future reference
  • Tactical Task Coordination: Delegate responsibilities to appropriate personnel using Jira, Slack, Teams, Outlook, Gmail and other tools. Plan, schedule, and track project tasks, timelines, and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Resource and Financial Management: Estimate, allocate, and administer project budgets and resources. Provide regular financial performance reports to stakeholders
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implement continuous improvement and risk management processes
  • Team Development and Mentoring: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project teams. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
