Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in payments operations, revops, data analysis, or a related role
  • Possess a Certified Salesforce Administrator certification or have the ability to obtain it within 6 months of start date
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite, and SQL
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Ability to perform complex data analyses and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data and processes within Salesforce such as quote / CPQ processes, rates & fees, opportunity management, lead routing etc
  • Produce training, standard procedures and other materials to enable sales team productivity
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and assist special projects in executing testing in general
  • Utilize Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite, and SQL to perform daily operational data analysis for a variety of sales stakeholders
  • Clean, analyze, and visualize data using Salesforce reporting, excel, SQL, functions, pivot tables, and charts to identify trends and insights
  • Create and maintain scalable processes to integrate into everyday workflow
  • Lead and manage stakeholder communications via email and meetings, answering questions and providing general support
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams with ad-hoc analyses and other supporting activities to close deals
  • Train new employees on operational processes, Salesforce utilization, and analysis in the Salesforce platform
  • Handle monthly analytical processes and analysis
  • Manage the Salesforce Sales Enablement case queue as a team of analysts, assessing issues and assigning them appropriately
  • Identify and resolve data issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Customer Success, Billing, Support, Sales, and Project teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve operational issues, needs, and requests
  • Facilitate clear communication and presentations to stakeholders to drive data-driven strategies for success
