Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a sales strategist, sales engineer, or related implementation role in Salesforce services or digital consulting
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products, solutions, and platforms, including Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud familiarity
- Proven track record of delivering innovative strategies and guiding complex sales processes to successful outcomes
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills, with a natural ability to inspire and lead teams
- Demonstrated expertise in project scoping and transitioning sales to delivery teams
- Ability to think critically and creatively, developing visionary solutions that align with client goals and industry trends
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Salesforce Services Sales team to assist in the sales process, providing strategic insights and expert recommendations tailored to client needs
- Lead the project scoping process, ensuring accurate alignment between client goals and proposed solutions
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to project execution, fostering client satisfaction and successful outcomes
- Identify opportunities for innovation and develop visionary strategies to position Ciberspring as a market leader in Salesforce services
- Participate in public speaking engagements, representing Ciberspring at industry conferences, webinars, and client presentations to drive thought leadership and brand visibility
- Stay abreast of Salesforce products, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance strategies and offerings
- Demonstrate leadership in cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that drive growth and innovation across verticals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
- Familiarity with Veeva, or similar platforms
- Background in health and life sciences or digital consulting
