Summary
Join Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) as a Salesforce System Analyst! This remote-hybrid role (3 days/week in Boca Raton, FL) involves documenting system processes, analyzing system design, identifying business needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop Salesforce solutions. You will prepare functional documents, assist with user acceptance testing, and serve as a liaison between business and technology teams. This position requires Salesforce Administrator certification plus one additional Salesforce certification, along with relevant experience. Requirements
- Ability to focus on details to create a reliable and accurate work product
- Experience establishing, documenting and maintaining procedures and processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required + one additional Salesforce Certification of any kind
- Experience working in iterative agile environment
- Knowledge of triaging bug and enhancement tickets and helping to diagnose system problems
- Ability to QA Salesforce Solutions
- Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to releases
- 2 years of Salesforce Business Analyst
Responsibilities
- Document system processes, configurations and changes
- Provide analysis for system design and redesign
- Identify business needs, elicit specifications and requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders and members of the Digital Experience team to develop innovative solutions
- Prepare functional documents and requirements, review with the stakeholders and obtain sign off
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing, including creating Test Scripts and Training Manuals
- Work directly with and serve as the liaison between business teams, technology teams and support teams
- Handle Level 1 Salesforce Support cases when necessary
- Assist in quality assurance and provide significant contributions in the testing and debugging of solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or similar)
