Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management roles
- Strong experience with SAP landscapes and migration strategies
- Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security, and compliance
- Proven experience in budgeting, risk assessment, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, timeline, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, and milestones
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project execution and governance
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Manage project budget, cost estimation, and financial forecasting
- Allocate and optimize resources for seamless project execution
- Understanding of SAP landscapes, including migration strategies from ECC to S/4HANA
- Knowledge of databases, operating systems, and infrastructure requirements for SAP environments
- Work closely with technical teams to support SAP deployment and upgrades
- Establish strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Manage vendor coordination for services, tools, and third-party integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical teams, and business units
- Understanding of infrastructure, networking fundamentals, and cloud environments (Azure/GCP preferred)
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met
- Support integration of on-premises and cloud solutions
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and project documentation
- Maintain comprehensive project records and process documentation
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring productivity and alignment with goals
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum
