Responsibilities
- Manage the schedule of courses and trainers to maximize revenue opportunities
- Minimize all costs and ensure the maximum utilization of employed trainers in accordance with the company policies
- Ensure that the schedules align with the operational KPIs and the business’s operating plans
- Work with the Lead Schedule Manager and ensure that Global Knowledge’s schedule aligns with the company plans
- Ensure sound commercial principles are applied to all events and schedules
- Ensure that trainer utilization is in line with or exceeds company targets
- Ensure that external trainer day rates are in line with or are below company target
- Maintain the schedule and ensure maximum profitability of events
- Follow operational process and procedure, allowing GK to efficiently manage low fill events, maximize opportunities and maintain efficiencies
- Maintain sales responsiveness in line with SLAs and respond/assist with all Sales enquiries
- Implement the training schedules in line with AOP
- Display the GK Can-do attitude
- Assist in such additional duties as may be required
Preferred Qualifications
- French speaking and/or other European language
- Significant experience in a similar role
