Join our team as a Dental Transcribing Team Manager and enter/maintain dental notes for the dental field team. Perform administrative tasks, manage transcription teams, and ensure accurate note entry.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of medical scribe experience preferred or relevant work history
• Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Transcription team management including performance review and training
• Assigning sessions to transcribers for notes entry
• Enter chart notes for dental field team assigned as chart notes are received
• Q&A notes for accuracy on a monthly basis and escalate issues when needed
• Perform other duties as necessary
