Requirements

• Have a passion for Agile software development and principles
• Have experience working in teams practicing Scrum, perhaps as a developer or product owner
• Be knowledgeable about Scrum, and confident of your ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Help the scrum team focus on continuous improvement
• Live in either Germany or Spain
• Be fluent in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Be the Scrum Master for an Agile software development team (later possibly for two teams)
• Work closely with other scrum masters
• Help facilitate cross-team meetings such as the Sprint Review or the Scrum of Scrums
• Keep a close eye on your team’s health and take the lead in identifying impediments to your team’s success, and working to resolve them
• Together with your colleagues, foster a culture of transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement
