Summary

Join Hudl's Applied Machine Learning team as a Sr. Scrum Master! You'll support and coach agile teams, plan strategic sprints, and drive process improvements. Requirements

  • Be a coach. Do everything possible to help teams perform at the highest level—without compromising Scrum values or resorting to command and control tactics

Responsibilities

  • Assist teams. Utilize your knowledge of Agile frameworks to support your teams, while being flexible with changing needs
  • Plan strategic sprints. Help move us closer to our goals, coaching the teams with empathy and expertise, and working with others to drive process improvements that improve our efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have Machine learning knowledge. Know the unique nuances of building and training quality models, and be comfortable working with teams of applied researchers and data scientists
  • Be a constant learner. Strive not just to learn, but to apply what you’ve learned in your personal and professional life

  • Base Salary Range: £45,000 — £75,000 GBP
  • Bonuses may be offered at Hudl's sole discretion. Discretionary bonuses, if awarded, may include annual targets based on company performance and a long-term incentive award
