Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR Lead, ideally within the fintech industry
- Have a problem-solving approach to outbound strategy
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing and empowering team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Data-driven approach with experience analyzing metrics to guide decision-making
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Apollo, Zoominfo)
- Experience in scaling or optimizing SDR teams
- Understanding of lead generation and qualification methodologies
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the SDR team, providing guidance on prospecting, outreach, and follow-up strategies
- Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs to build a high-performing team
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews, setting clear expectations and development goals
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate and qualify leads in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams
- Optimize processes for lead generation, including email sequences, cold calling, and social media outreach
- Track and analyze key metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve SDR performance and pipeline quality
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and ensure seamless hand-offs of qualified leads
- Act as a point of contact between SDRs and senior sales management to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Provide insights on prospect feedback to help improve messaging, positioning, and overall strategy
- Set up and maintain regular reporting on SDR team performance, analyzing data to track progress against targets
- Identify and implement tools and techniques to improve SDR productivity and efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to ensure the team uses innovative and effective outreach strategies
