Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience with lead enrichment tools like Apollo
  • Familiarity with CRMs to track leads and outreach activities
  • Excellent communication skills for professional engagement with healthcare providers
  • Strong time management and self-motivation
  • Proficient in using scheduling and lead management tools
  • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • A webcam
  • Noise-canceling USB Headset
  • Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
  • Smartphone

Responsibilities

  • Utilize platforms like Apollo and CRM tools to identify and qualify healthcare decision-makers
  • Reach out to healthcare professionals to schedule meetings via calls and emails
  • Enhance lead data and pinpoint the right contacts within healthcare organizations
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s healthcare offerings to effectively communicate with professionals
  • Ensure missed appointments are promptly rescheduled
  • Work with internal teams to align on strategies and goals
  • Conduct cold calling and warm calling to potential clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare outreach campaigns (e.g., wound care, weight loss clinics)
  • Knowledge of appointment-setting best practices in the medical field
