Responsibilities
- Drive consistent attainment of pipeline generation targets by empowering and coaching a team of Mid Market and Enterprise SDRs
- Develop, implement and iterate upon innovative prospecting strategies that focus on our ICP and will drive opportunities forward. Use AI to drive efficiencies in prospecting and account research
- Develop, implement and iterate upon innovative strategies that will help us uncover, understand, and document our prospects business needs to ensure that SDR efforts consistently align with the changing needs of DataGrailβs ideal customer profile
- Consistently ensure the team is reaching the appropriate balance between quality, research and personalization in their approach to achieve measurable impact
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, Customer Success and the greater Sales team to consistently refine and align our messaging and approach
- Partner closely with the Marketing team to define and monitor key pipeline metrics and trends
- Recruit, hire, and retain top SDR talent
- Build a culture of accountability and motivation while establishing DataGrail as a launchpad for sales careers
- Quickly move new SDRs from ramp to productivity with a training and onboarding program that focuses on an exceptional employee experience
- Take an introspective and motivational approach, creating a winning team culture
- Provide ongoing training and performance coaching to SDRs, helping them hone their skills and advance their sales careers
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and strengths, implementing data-driven solutions to improve pipeline results
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and AI to drive more efficiency, target the right accounts, and measure results
- Build strong relationships with the SDR team, sales leadership, and marketing stakeholders
- Assess the current SDR strategy and processes, identifying areas of opportunity and quick wins
- Establish performance benchmarks and accountability frameworks for the SDR team
- Ensure the team is consistently exceeding pipeline generation targets
- Implement new pipeline generation strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
- Build a consistent training and coaching program to ensure SDRs are reaching and exceeding targets
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead handoff processes and align on campaign execution
- Develop and execute playbooks for engaging high-value prospects
- Successfully develop SDRs into qualified candidates for closing roles at DataGrail
- Establish a scalable SDR program with clear KPIs, career paths, and best practices
- Drive cross-functional alignment to position pipeline generation as a shared priority across sales and marketing
- Develop a recognized SDR team culture known for excellence, collaboration, and results
