Summary

This role requires 7+ years of experience in relevant fields and strong presentation and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, SE Operations, or Sales Enablement roles
  • Prior experience in a Sales Engineering capacity, with a strong understanding of customer-facing technical sales processes
  • Proven ability to design and deliver technical enablement programs tailored to SE teams
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Experience creating SE operational assets such as demo playbooks, technical presentations, and workshop materials
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize enablement program effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Develop SE Demos and Environments: Design, build, and maintain engaging demo, workshop, and POV environments that align with Veza’s value proposition and sales goals
  • Create Sales Engineering Content: Develop SE pitches, technical storylines, and reusable content that align with customer use cases and sales objectives
  • Facilitate Workshops and Training: Organize and lead workshops and enablement sessions to ensure SE teams can effectively tell the Veza story
  • Build Enablement Assets: Create reusable assets, including demo guides, presentation decks, technical playbooks, and best-practice documentation
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather insights, prioritize initiatives, and align enablement efforts with company goals
  • Support Sales Cycle: Ensure SE teams have the tools and assets needed at every stage of the sales cycle, including technical validations and proof-of-value initiatives
  • Measure Impact: Track and measure the effectiveness of SE operational initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed
  • Stay Current with Product Updates: Maintain a deep understanding of Veza’s product roadmap and ensure SE materials are updated accordingly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with identity, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS industries is highly preferred
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
