People Operations Manager

Summary

Join Treatwell's HR team as a Human Resources Manager! Manage the HR team, employee lifecycle (interviews, salary increases, training plans, engagement surveys), and payroll independently using company tools. Collaborate with the CEO on social relations, ensuring legal compliance, and advising managers and employees. This role requires strong HR/social law background, 5+ years' experience, payroll system migration experience, and proficiency in SYNTEC collective agreement. Requirements

• Have a background in human resources/social law
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a start-up environment
• Have experience with payroll tool migration
• Be proficient in the SYNTEC collective agreement
• Have led or participated in company agreement projects and structuring company projects
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with payroll/HRIS software
• Have very good oral and written English skills
• Be known for your rigor, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working in a team and be known as a good listener and have contagious energy

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR team
• Manage the employee lifecycle: interviews, salary increase campaigns, training plans, engagement surveys, etc
• Manage payroll independently using the company's tool; enter variable elements, check payslips, and close payroll
• Work closely with the CEO to support social dialogue and the smooth organization of CSE meetings
• Ensure compliance with social regulations, labor law, and legal requirements
• Provide expertise to advise and support managers and employees on various HR issues
