Summary

Join our team as a Senior Account Executive and drive sales and education within Ulta Beauty across the West, South, and East Coasts. As a key member of our expansion team, you will manage and foster strong relationships with Ulta stores, develop and execute sales strategies, and lead store and regional education initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales within the beauty industry, with a focus on retail partnerships. Ulta experience is a must
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing large Account Coordinator + BA teams spread across multiple regions
  • Proven track record of large scale corporate eventing within Ulta
  • Has a love for artistry and feels comfortable applying makeup to customers
  • Strong training & education skills
  • Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel within territory up to 50% of the time and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Ulta Beauty Stores within your territory, managing day-to-day communications and fostering strong, collaborative relationships
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of rockstar BA’s that can service Ulta stores within your territory and execute retailer events
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in your respective territories to achieve revenue targets and grow market share within Ulta stores. Lead store and regional education initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful product launches, promotions, and events within Ulta stores
  • Work closely with Ulta’s store teams to maximize brand exposure and optimize product placement
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with store operations teams to ensure accurate and optimal inventory levels at Ulta stores, share out any OOS with internal teams
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Half Magic Beauty, representing our values and mission in all interactions with Ulta and its customers
  • Work with internal sales, marketing, product development, and finance teams to align on business goals and ensure seamless execution
