Join our team as a Sr. Account Executive and drive revenue growth by executing Volt's sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • Experience in a Sales, Business Development, or Account Management role
  • Demonstrated technical sales experience and successful track record generating new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets in the SaaS industry or related tech sector
  • Proven track record in targeted selling leveraging LinkedInโ€™s platform to drive prospect and customer engagement to generate revenue growth
  • Understanding of the SMS space (10DLC, TFN, Short Codes, Twilio, etc)
  • Experience qualifying opportunities and ability to convert prospects and close deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, self-starter who can work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales management tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities
  • Manage the entire sales process, from generating and qualifying prospective leads through closing, and effectively develop and manage the sales pipeline to achieve sales targets
  • Establish solid business relationships with prospective customers/decision-makers and have a strong understanding of their solution needs
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
  • Track, manage, and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring a steady flow of prospects
  • Negotiate contract terms to close high-value deals to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective customer needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on deal leads to ensure smooth contract negotiations, implementation, and execution
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure successful product implementation
  • Provide regular reporting of forecasting, pipeline, and sales performance metrics/KPIs and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
