Responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of technical products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities
  • Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process
  • Upsell and cross-sell our services to clients
  • Ensure successful delivery by working with delivery leadership
  • Ensure client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

Background in program/project management is a plus
