Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep knowledge of technical products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Research and pursue new business opportunities
- Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process
- Upsell and cross-sell our services to clients
- Ensure successful delivery by working with delivery leadership
- Ensure client satisfaction
