Join LTK as a Senior Account Executive and become a key member of our Brand Partnerships team, responsible for building a robust pipeline and closing new business for LTK Connect. You will manage the entire sales cycle, exceeding quarterly quotas, and mentoring other sellers. This remote role requires 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS, technology, or media sales, a Bachelor's degree, and proven success in exceeding sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic go-to-market projects. Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS, Technology or Media Sales
- Bachelorβs Degree, Preference for business, marketing or communications
- Demonstrated consistent over-achievement vs. sales targets
- Experience navigating mid-size DTC companies
- Ability to effectively present solutions to CEOs/Founders
- Guide BDRs to prospect high-value companies and close them in short deal cycles
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret business intelligence to develop strategy and make recommendations
- Acute attention to detail lets you think big, adapt quickly, and act fast
- Excellent communication skills (oral/written) and presentation skills
- Creative and coachable, willing to help others and learn every day

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed aggressive quarterly sales targets
- Identify high-potential prospects, develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to LTK
- Provide a deep understanding of LTKβs value proposition and ability to effectively articulate on client demos
- Pipeline management within CRM software for all stages of customer lifecycle and report on metrics to management
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Work with marketing to promote new products and services to prospective clients
- Work with the customer success team to ensure new customers are onboarded effectively
- Set monthly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
- Act as a leader among your peers, provide support and guidance to uplevel the team
- Develop strategies with Business Development Representatives to break into new key accounts and territories
- Align with senior leadership on key go-to-market strategy and other projects
Preferred Qualifications
CRM Platform experience in Hubspot or equivalent
