Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions
  • Experience selling complex software solutions to C-level executives
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Speak any Nordic language, with excellent proficiency in English
  • Consistent self-motivation and drive – a self-starter attitude, with a relentless drive to succeed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment where we all work towards a common goal

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers at potential and existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the market and our products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers and leverage these to drive sales
  • Build a foundation on which to harvest future business opportunities
  • Actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape
  • Play an active role in personally nurturing and developing large/key customers and enabling the business to grow and capture market share
  • Be a brand champion and educate prospective clients on Neptune’s value proposition
  • Work with our Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Business Development teams to create an effective lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue generation approach

Preferred Qualifications

Preferably knowledge of the SAP eco-system
