Summary

Redcoat AI is seeking a Sales Executive to lead sales efforts, develop strategies, and collaborate with other leaders in an early-stage startup focused on solving emerging problems caused by AI. The ideal candidate has significant enterprise sales experience, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a bias towards action.

Requirements

  • Significant enterprise sales experience, preferably in fast-growing technology companies and scaling early-stage sales processes
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a startup setting, and good at handling ambiguity
  • Excellent communication, adept at customer relationship-building and negotiation
  • Bias towards action and experimentation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful sales strategies
  • Lead sales efforts by identifying enterprise customers, understanding their needs, and converting these opportunities into successful deals
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Collaborate with the rest of the leaders to align sales strategies with the company's overall objectives

Ideal candidates will have experience in cybersecurity or related fields
