Summary

Join Salsify, a leading commerce infrastructure company, as a Senior Account Executive, New Business. You will leverage your SaaS experience and solution selling skills to build a pipeline and expand our client base of over 850 brands. This role requires a strategic sales approach to acquire new accounts among top brand manufacturers. Success in this position involves masterful storytelling and navigating complex, multi-year deals. Requirements

  • 5+ years exceeding sales quota in a closing role
  • Experience selling SaaS to business units and key personas (CMOs, VPs, Directors)
  • Proven ability to prospect key accounts in the Fortune 100/500/1000 space
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-year deals with several stakeholders
  • Passion for closing deals and a high-energy hunter mentality
  • Professional sales training and adherence to a repeatable sales process; experience with MEDDIC is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and acquire new logo accounts
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
  • Effectively present and demonstrate the Salsify CommerceXM solution to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close complex, multi-year deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and success
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasting
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Preferred Qualifications

Prior industrial industry experience
