Summary

Join Ultra Mobile as a Senior Account Executive in the Sales Team. This remote role requires you to reside in the United States, specifically in the Central 1 Region (TX, IL, and MN). Your main responsibilities will include driving sales performance, relationship building with retailers, merchandising, training, and mentorship of other Account Executives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-5 years of wireless retail sales or training experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to take initiative and problem-solve
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and direct projects
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must reside in a centrally-located area close to the assigned territory
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours to participate in evening and weekend events
  • The ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and 24-hour access to a vehicle is required

Responsibilities

  • Driving the sales performance and related metrics of the associated territory in order to maximize company revenue
  • Assisting the Regional Manager/ Director in growing Reach (Market Development)
  • Training Responsibility for new hires of Account Executives
  • Mentorship of AEs in assigned territory
  • Manage monthly competitive report
  • Regional Subject Matter Experts for National and Independent Wireless Retailers
  • Works with existing Account Executives (once every two months) with the goal of expediting learning
  • Assistance with designing local sales strategies for each AE in the assigned territory (Market Development, Marketing, Focus Areas, etc)
  • Additional Community/ Sales Event Support (often two team members are preferred)
  • Increase customer activations in the assigned territory through Building relationships throughout the territory with Retailers, external partners, internal teams and distribution partners to help drive the performance of the market(s)
