Summary
Join Unity Technologies as a Senior Account Executive and help transform the marketplace. You will sell Unity's products to mid-market companies in EMEA, focusing on AR, VR, digital twin, Web 3.0, Metaverse, and Industry 4.0 applications. This role involves developing new and existing accounts, exceeding sales quotas, and building an outbound sales engine. You will work with various businesses across multiple industry verticals, introducing Unity's tools and services. The position requires expertise in SaaS sales, strategic partnerships, and compelling presentations. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a direct, quota-carrying sales role
- Proven track record in SaaS sales, consistently overachieving quotas
- Expertise in strategic partnerships, contract negotiation, deal closing, and fostering ongoing customer engagement
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling software and solutions presentations
- Confidence tailoring conversations dynamically to meet the specific needs of potential customers at all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on tracking partner engagement and activities accurately
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- A robust network of IT decision-makers
Responsibilities
- Define and develop new and existing focus accounts to expand adoption of Unity’s products and services
- Qualify net-new Mid-Market accounts and opportunities, building a pipeline of ideal Unity customer profiles
- Consistently deliver net new revenue, exceeding quotas, by providing value to customers and potential customers with Unity licenses and services
- Drive high adoption and renewal rates across the complete account portfolio
- Adopt a proven sales technique and process that contributes to exceeding sales quotas
- Drive outbound sales results to successfully sell Unity’s engine and services
- Become a specialist in the Unity product ecosystem and be able to present it to users of varying abilities and roles (artists, developers, etc.)
- Be passionate about value- and solution-selling methodologies, especially during discovery and qualification to identify ideal customer profiles
- Partner with colleagues to drive Unity’s mission of leading the world in real-time 3D creation
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with real-time 3D software, engineering software sales, or middleware sales
- Experience with Salesforce
- Passion for the industries relevant to this role
