Summary
Join Unity Technologies' growing EMEA team as a Renewal Sales Executive. You will be responsible for selling Unity's product range to industry customers, focusing on maintaining high adoption and retention rates. Build and nurture relationships with clients' IT, procurement, and end-user teams. Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to develop account management strategies. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in SaaS customer success or retention. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Customer Success or Retention Specialist in a SaaS company
- Expertise in partnership structures, contract negotiation, deal closing, and proven ability to promote and maintain customer engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting software solutions and tools
- A demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Responsibilities
- Oversee the renewal process for designated accounts, including discovery, quoting, processing, and deployment
- Strive to maintain high adoption rates and retention across the complete account portfolio
- Build and nurture relationships with customersโ IT departments, procurement teams, and end-users through regular outbound communication
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to develop shared strategies for account management
- Share insights from customer interactions during weekly and quarterly account planning sessions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Corporate Sales team
- Foster collaborative relationships within sales and sales support teams, as well as with Unity resellers, to enhance the customer experience and support Unityโs mission of leading the world in real-time 3D creation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Real-Time 3D software, engineering software sales, or middleware sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce
