Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales or other CRE experience
  • 3+ years experience conducting online demonstrations
  • Ability to demonstrate previous success: quota-attainment, internal awards, stack-rankings, accomplishments
  • Fantastic interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Experience using Hubspot CRM, Microsoft Office, and Slack
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales Role; prospecting, conducting online demos, and closing deals over the phone, on zoom, and in-person
  • Meet or exceed sales quota, successfully managing the deal from start to finish
  • Effectively demonstrate a consultative sales approach in customer conversations to shift from vendor to trusted advisor; educating the customer and taking control of the conversation
  • Drive expansion of pipeline through outbound activity with a hands on approach
  • Engage every deal utilizing creative and innovative strategies to drive urgency at the mid-market and enterprise level
  • Lead strategic calls and demos with buyers and customers alike
  • Use Hubspot to track all activities (Hubspot is the single source of truth)
  • Educate buyers on business drivers, value propositions, and overall positive outcomes of Valcre on their appraisal workflow process
  • Accurately forecast sales activity, pipeline management and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools (including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Chorus.ai etc.)
  • Effectively leverage and manage internal resources on deals campaigns to ensure successful outcomes
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations, platform demonstrations, business justifications, and contract negotiations via phone, web or in-person

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial Real estate experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
