Senior Account Manager

Summary

Join WISE Digital Partners, a fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency, as an Account Manager working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. You will manage client relationships, handle requests and smaller projects, and report on outcomes. The primary role involves communication, with success measured by client retention and business growth. You will be the main agency contact, collaborating with internal teams, organizing meetings, participating in digital strategy, and educating clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of account management experience, familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, PPC, AI), and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Have familiarity with websites and digital marketing, including SEO and PPC
• Have some familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini)
• Grow into leading strategic conversations about digital marketing
• Be comfortable managing 15+ monthly accounts
• Have 3+ years of account management experience with local, regional, and national accounts
• Understand how digital marketing services are sold
• Manage your own schedule and work effectively independently
• Be collaborative, with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Know how and when to bring in team experts

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, requests, and smaller projects
• Report on client outcomes
• Act as the main agency point of contact for clients
• Meet with internal teams and organize meetings
• Participate in digital strategy discussions
• Educate clients on the agency's work and results

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in Professional Services (legal, accounting, mortgage), Home Services (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, restoration), SaaS, or eCommerce
