Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in account management, project management, or technical program management (TPM)
- Proven experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients in a client-facing role
- Ability to translate business objectives into delivery requirements and drive execution across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in agencies, SaaS environments, or digital consulting firms
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as CMS (e.g., Webflow, WordPress), marketing stacks, analytics tools, and CRMs like HubSpot
- Understanding of project delivery frameworks such as Agile or Scrum
- Exposure to technical delivery processes and workflows — while not expected to code, you should understand how development, QA, and deployment work together
- Previous experience identifying and closing upsell opportunities or supporting revenue growth within existing accounts
- Strong organizational skills and experience in structuring and overseeing delivery teams
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — you’re charismatic, diplomatic, and client-focused
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional, and technical environments
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic relationships with key enterprise and mid-market clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and trust across all touchpoints
- Translate client goals, challenges, and feedback into actionable plans for delivery and execution
- Collaborate with internal delivery leads and project managers to ensure projects meet scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Support the hiring and structuring of delivery teams based on evolving client needs and project complexity
- Proactively identify areas for account growth, upsell opportunities, and increased client satisfaction
- Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business model, metrics of success, and technical environment
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams — bridging technical and business language where needed
- Participate in key planning sessions, retrospectives, and delivery updates, ensuring client expectations are consistently met or exceeded
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SEO strategy, content ops, or web analytics
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion)
- Exposure to multi-location business models or enterprise marketing strategies
